Join us for a one-of-a-kind wild swimming experience that combines the best of nature, culture, and holiday cheer in Copenhagen and Sweden. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to swim and have some cold water swimming experience and feel comfortable with the idea of swimming outdoors. Aged 16+. DOES NOT INCLUDE FLIGHTS/ACCOMMODATION OR ANY TRAVEL/ENTRANCE COSTS Max 8 people A full itinerary and suggestions for flights and hotels will be sent within 2 days of booking.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OF TRIPS BY THE CLIENT All cancellations by the client must be via email to emma@swimories.co.uk. If you are cancelling within 3 days of the start of your booking, please also call 07768735956. CANCELLATION OF TRIPS BY SWIMORIES Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that advertised trips go ahead, Swimories will notify the client of cancellation as soon as possible and offer a full refund or booking onto the same trip at a later date. CANCELLATION OF TRIPS BY THE CLIENT All cancellations by the Client must be via email to emma@swimories.co.uk. If you are cancelling within 24 hours of the start of your trip, please also call 07768735956. Once notified of the cancellation, Swimories will try to resell the place. In the event that Swimories is able to resell the place prior to the event, the Client will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of £20. In the event that Swimories in unable to resell the trip, no refund will be given.
