Service Description
Dive into Pembrokeshire's wild swimming adventure, exploring stunning beaches and hidden spots. Stay in a cozy Welsh cottage or camp on-site, with sole access to a private lake. The adventure includes accommodation, use of onsite private lake, plus expert guiding by an experienced swim guide and coach to at least 5 locations (weather dependant) with the option to book surfing or paddle boarding activities separately via www.boardgamessurfing.com. Accommodation options: Cottage - £145pp The cottage has bunk house style sleeping arrangements for up to four people. Single bed in twin room (accessed via double room/ladder) - £145pp Double bed (as single, or to share, note access to twin through room). £145pp Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, bathroom and includes the use of the outside wheelhouse which has a fridge and sink and space to store equipment and toilet block and sinks if needed, outside drying room. Linen and towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach/swimming towels. Camping £130pp Camping in own tent/camper. Includes the use of the outside wheelhouse with sink, seating and space to store equipment, outside drying room. Use of the cottage kitchen and shared facilities, drying room for wet equipment and to store equipment. Outside toilet block and sinks. What's not included: Travel to, during and from accommodation, any food/drink required. Surfing/paddleboard activities booked with Board Games during your stay. General Information: Nearby shops in Letterston and Fishguard offer essentials, while Haverfordwest has larger supermarkets and a variety of other stores. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OF TRIPS BY THE CLIENT All cancellations by the client must be via email to emma@swimories.co.uk. If you are cancelling within 3 days of the start of your booking, please also call 07768735956. Once notified of the cancellation, Swimories will try to resell the day/event place(s). In the event that Swimories is able to resell the participant place prior to the commencement date, the client will receive a full refund. In the event that Swimories is unable to resell the day/event place(s) prior to the course commencement date the client will be charged the following cancellation fees: 0-3 days - no refund will be given. 4-7days or you may choose to reschedule or get a 50% refund minus a £10 admin fee. 8 days or more, you can choose to try to reschedule or get a full refund minus a £10 admin fee per booking. It may be possible to transfer places to client sought replacements unless there is a waiting list for the event, this is to be discussed with Swimories at the time of cancellation. CANCELLATION OF TRIPS AND COACHING SESSIONS BY SWIMORIES Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that advertised trips/sessions actually run, Swimories will notify the client of cancellation as soon as possible. Trips/sessions will be cancelled if Swimories believes there are reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to lack of participants or dangerous and/or unsuitable conditions for the activity. In the unlikely event that Swimories has to cancel your trip/session, you will be offered either a full refund or another date. In the event of the cancellation of a trip/session, Swimories will not be liable for any travel or accommodation related expenses.
